A qualified patent manager

LE GUEN & ASSOCIES, an Industrial Property consultancy firm, has been supporting companies in many sectors of activity for almost 50 years, particularly for the management of their invention patents.

To strengthen our Patent Management Department, we are looking for a qualified patent manager. The position is preferably open in SAINT-MALO, but a location in CESSON-SEVIGNE can be discussed. The position is available from APRIL 1, 2024 on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for the independent administrative management of one or more client portfolios for the entire patent procedure, in compliance with our internal procedures and the specific requirements of clients. You will work in close coordination with the patent engineer in charge of the file, following business directives and the head of the PATENT department (Partner of the Firm).

Bac + 2/3 level, graduate of a BTS, DUT or a professional license such as management assistantship or legal assistantship
Experience of at least 3 years in an equivalent position
Fluency in English
Fluency in German would be a plus
CAB/CEAB highly appreciated
